The swimming pool area felt quite cramped and could benefit from improved cleanliness, which was a bit disappointing.

Dined both nights at the hotel restaurant and tried the delectable soups—they were a warm hug after exploring Petra! Hazem at the front desk was a gem, checking on us and ensuring our stay was perfect. Rooftop vibes during breakfast were everything, with a buffet wider than my imagination!
Only slight grumble? Didn't use the spa as the price felt steep for a small setup. Still, the overall experience shone bright with the mountain views that made up for a minor splash of disappointment!

Clean room with a comfortable bed and pillow, offering beautiful mountain views that enhance the overall experience.
The swimming pool is small and closed off, with water cleanliness needing improvement. the bathroom feels cramped, and the shower has unreliable water pressure that swings from icy to scalding unpredictably, especially on the 4th floor.

The welcoming tea and sweets upon arrival were a delightful touch, setting a warm tone for our three-night stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true retreat after long days of exploring. Dining on the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking views was exceptional. fresh, delicious meals were complemented by attentive service, particularly from the wonderful staff. However, the swimming pool area felt a bit cramped and needed improvement in terms of cleanliness, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Perfect for families with kids
The mountain view room we had, oh man, the sunsets were just very nice! Plus, the rooftop dining was a whole experience, you couldn't ask for a better view while you enjoy delicious food.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for what you get.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Dining with a View
I can't speak highly enough about my stay! The bedroom was not only clean but also beautifully decorated, with stunning views to enjoy. The rooftop restaurant offered a delightful dining experience, and the breakfast spread was packed with options. A special shoutout to Hazem and Vida for their amazing hospitality and attentiveness throughout our time there. The only downside was that I'd have loved a bit more variety on the dinner menu.

This hotel really blew us away with the room décor for our special occasion and the clean, comfy vibe throughout. We took full advantage of the spa lounge and the swimming pool to unwind after our adventures. The only downside was that the pool area felt a bit tight, but it didn't ruin our time at all! 😊
